SHIPPING

We offer our customers free shipping in all countries excluding the US. Orders from the US are shipped with UPS to ensure smooth delivery under the new customs regulations. Unfortunately, this means we’re currently unable to offer free shipping to our US customers.
All other international customers have the option to pay extra for tracking if they want to keep tabs on the delivery and where the order is at. Note that tracking your order alone does not cover the cost of the item if it's lost or damaged and does not protect it from damage during transport. 

If the product never arrives or you notice it has been damaged during transport, report this immediately to us and if possible, take a photo of the package before opening it. We will get back to you as soon as we can!

We strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible and will usually have them sent within 3-7 business days. The shipping time depends on your location but often takes:

NORWAY: 3-5 business days
EUROPE: 10-20 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 15-25 business days

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Shipping does not include custom fees, toll and taxes applicable in your country. Bendik Vatne does not take responsibility for any added fees or taxes as custom fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Before placing your order, please check what applies for your country! If you are from the US this especially is important as the new custom rules make things tricky at the moment!

RETURNS

Customers in Norway and the EU/EEA have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with local consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For all unclaimed packages the customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery. It will then be treated as a regular return.
