Papermaking

Papirmakeriet is a workshop in visual art and papermaking that I hold in collaboration with plant dye expert Maria Dahl. At the workshop, you can learn to make paper from scratch, express yourself creatively through colors and plant materials, and create your very own paper artwork. Participants will also learn about the history of paper and all the exciting plant-based materials that can be used to make paper.

By using everyday materials that they have at home and in the garden, e.g. egg cartons, grass, etc., we hope to show that the distance between everyday life and art is not so great and that papermaking is for everyone, regardless of prior knowledge.

Suitable for: Both children and adults.

Duration: 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The workshop is 100% recyclable.
